Steel Structure Packaging and Loading

1. Making Package plan: Before packing, our technician will carefully calculate and make full use of the loading space for each container of each shipment, it can guarantee no wasted spaces and no missing items.

2. Loading Inspection: Each package is attached with a detailed packing list, QC Department will re-check the quantity and code before loading, ensure every parts are loaded.

3. Loading and fastening: After goods loaded into containers, we weld baffles at the back of tracks to ensure goods are stable and safe.

4. Unloading: Each steel package is equipped with an oiled steel rope. Upon receiving the goods, customers can pull the rope and pull the package out. This efficient process saves time and labor.

 Our patented packaging method enables us to load over 10 containers per day. Not only does this approach minimize packaging costs for our clients, but it also significantly reduces unloading time and labor. Typically, unloading can be completed within an hour, saving both time and effort.
